As the release of Cardi B’s debut album Invasion of Privacy drew near last week, the Bronx native already had reason to celebrate. A day before the album even dropped, it was officially announced that her single “Bartier Cardi” with 21 Savage had reached platinum status.

Cardi B made the announcement on her Twitter account, and expressed her excitement about the market success of her new single. This certainly wasn’t the first successful single from Cardi B, however. She has collaborated with a few other musical artists in the past. Her collaborations have produced hits like “Finesse” with Bruno Mars and “No Limit” with G-Eazy. She also has another single called “Bodak Yellow”, which is certified five times platinum.

Earlier last week, Cardi B also dropped another single, “Drip”. In this track, she collaborated with Migos. A few days prior to the release of “Drip”, she released another single called “Be Careful”.

The album Invasion of Privacy was released on April 6. Have you listened to it? If so, tell us your thoughts in the comments!
