Cole Swindell’s New Album Available for Pre-Download

Cole Swindell

Talented 32 year old Cole Swindell has been on the music scene since 2010, having singed his first publishing deal with Sony/ATV Music Publishing and writing songs for the likes of Craig Campbell, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett and Scotty McCreery. It was in 2013 that he shifted to his personal career as a singer as well as a songwriter, releasing “Chillin’ It” as his debut single, the first self-titled album hitting the market in February of 2014. A smaller 5-song digital EP would be available by the end of 2014, but the second full LP album, aptly named  You Should Be Here, is due to come out on May 6, 2016.

It’s pretty exciting news for fans who have been enjoying Swindell’s style, riled up quite nicely since the sharing of his latest single titled “Flatliner” on April 7th. Featuring Dierks Bently, “Flatliner” has been described as fun and up tempo song to dance to all night long. The first single from the album was released December of 2015 though and really states why “you should be here” right about now, written by Ashley Gorley and topping the charts of Country Airplay and Hot Country Songs this month.  The music video in tow definitely sheds light on who should be there and is not, spotlighting the death of his father in a heartbreaking manner. According to Swindell, it is the song he moved to Nashville to write and his favorite so far. Over the next four weeks, Swindell is expected to share a snippet of a new track each Thursday night via the Taste of Country Instagram account, immediately becoming available for instant download through iTunes right at midnight. If that does not excite you, not sure what will…
